By purchasing or downloading any asset from my store, you agree to the following terms:

✿ General

• All assets are created by me and remain my original work.
• Claiming my assets as your own is not allowed.
• Please have knowledge of Blender and Unity before purchasing any of my assets.

✿ Redistribution & Resale

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of my assets (original or modified) is not allowed unless the asset is used on a completed model with the correct licence (commercial, personal, or extended).
• Assets may not be included in asset packs, bases, or similar redistributions.

✿ Editing & Customization

• You are welcome to edit and customize my assets as much as you like! (I even separate the mesh for easier editing where I see fit!)
• Please give proper credit no matter how much the asset is modified <3

✿ Commissions

• If my assets are used in commissioned work, both the commissioner and the artist must own a copy of the asset(s) used.

✿ Free Models

• Use of my assets on free models is not allowed unless stated as an extended license in the product description or you are given permission by me :)

✿ Platform Use

• My assets are intended for VRChat use only.
• Porting to other platforms or games requires my permission unless stated otherwise.

✿ Credit

• Proper credit is required when using my work.
• Feel free to tag me! I’d love to see what you create with my assets!

✿ Refunds & Support

• Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available.
• If you encounter any issues, I will gladly help via my Discord server or through the Payhip contact form.

✿ Changes to These Terms

• I reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.
• Any updates will be announced on my Payhip page and/or social media.
